Nicole is a true Floridian, born and raised in FL. She attended the University of Florida where she earned her Bachelor’s Degrees in both Criminology and Psychology and where she graduated with honors.
Upon graduating from the University of Florida, Nicole attended Stetson University College of Law where she earned her law degree.
She then worked as the Assistant State Attorney for Pinellas County where she gained immense trial experience.
After leaving the State Attorney’s Office, Nicole practiced for several years in the civil arena as a family law attorney before turning her attention to Personal Injury law.
She is married to Partner and attorney, Lee Pearlman, whom she met while working at the State Attorney’s Office for Pinellas County.
Nicole and Lee reside in Pinellas County and have two sons together, Ryker and Lincoln.
An avid sports fan, Nicole cheers on her team, the Florida Gator’s, each and every game. She may just be their biggest fan!
Nicole leads the firm’s Pre-suit Personal Injury Division.
She is a Nationally Rated Trial Lawyer recognized as one of the Top 100 in Florida.
