My Story

Born and raised in Florida, Nicole Pearlman attended the University of Florida where she earned her Bachelor’s Degrees in both Criminology and Psychology and graduated with honors. She then attended Stetson University College of Law where she earned her law degree and was top of her class.

Upon obtaining her JD, Nicole worked as a prosecutor for the State Attorney for The Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida where she gained extensive trial experience and where she met her husband and Partner at Denmon Pearlman, Lee Pearlman, and her best friend, Nicole Denmon.

After leaving the State Attorney’s Office, Nicole began to work in the civil arena as a family law attorney and has since handled hundreds of Family Law cases and taken numerous cases to trial. Nicole has also worked as a Personal Injury Attorney at Denmon Pearlman leading the firm’s Pre-suit Personal Injury Division.

Today, Nicole continues to help many families through their most difficult and trying times handling all types of Family Law cases at the law firm of Denmon Pearlman including divorce, alimony, paternity, relocations, injunctions, child custody, and child support.

Nicole is a Nationally Rated Trial Lawyer recognized as one of the Top 100 in Florida and holds the AVVO Client’s Choice for Family Law from 2015-today.

Outside of work, she is an avid college sports fan, specifically a dedicated Gators Fan, and enjoys watching the games with her husband, Lee Pearlman, and their two sons.
