Kris Parker

Of-Counsel: Criminal Defense

Kris became a member of the Florida Bar in 2008. In 2009, Kris was hired as an Assistant State Attorney with Florida’s Sixth Judicial Circuit.

He graduated from Marshall University and Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida.

At Marshall University, Kris served as Student Body President and he also published a book titled “Campus Campaigns; Winning Student Political Office”.

At Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida, he was a member of the award-winning moot court team.

Upon graduating, Kris worked for the Jacksonville Area Legal Aid as a staff attorney.

Kris tried 42 jury trials in a number of felony and misdemeanors areas including DUI, Domestic Violence, Sex Crimes, Fraud, and Drug Charges.

In addition to his experience as a Criminal Defense attorney, Kris also has a long resume of political campaign work including serving as a campaign director on two presidential campaigns.

Kris is a Member of the Clearwater Bar Foundation, President of the Marshall University Alumni Association in Tampa Bay, and a former High School Football Official in Pinellas/Pasco counties.
